A parallel aim of the campaign was to directly increase sales and communicate the unique selling points to their target audience of ABC1 females: ‘Superior quality combined with an aromatic fragrance.
Maximum effect was created by positioning attractive, Sales promotional Staff at over 60 selected Boots and Superdrug pharmacies nationwide. The Garnier sales promotion staff dressed in eye-catching white outfits had the opportunity to show off the amazing results of the Garnier self tanning lotion, which demonstrated its radiant, natural glow, and delicious fragrance. There was a 90% increase in sales across all Boots and Superdrug stores involved.
